Important remarks:
  • This page will guide you through the process of submitting your abstract.
  • You may save a draft at any time if your submission is incomplete and return to it later.
  • The review section will provide an overview before final submission.
  • Once all required sections have been completed, you may submit your abstract in the Submit section.
  • Submitted abstracts cannot be changed.
  Guidelines for abstract submission: Please review carefully the general guidelines as well as the terms and conditions of participation published on the official website. Please note that:
  • Abstracts must be submitted exclusively online via the Abstract Submission Portal.
  • New deadline for abstract submission: August 18
  • The presenting author must be the contact author in the submission form and must be listed first in the list of authors.
  • The presenting author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors have approved the content of the abstract before submission.
  • The presenting author must register for the conference before September 28 to ensure that the abstract is included in the programme and scheduled for presentation.
  • Abstracts must not exceed 300 words and must be submitted in English.
  • Please do not use blank lines to separate paragraphs.
  • The abstract must follow the structure: Background, Material and Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
  • The final selection will be made by the Scientific Committee, which will determine the format and schedule of presentation for each abstract. No rescheduling or changes will be possible.
  • Authors will be notified by email whether their abstract has been accepted or rejected. Please ensure that the email address provided is accurate, as all correspondence will be sent via email.
  • The final reference number and session assigned to each poster will be notified by email before the beginning of the meeting.
